Virtual Tap Driver Installation
1. Download and install the OpenVPN package:
Double-click on the downloaded file to run the installer.
On the “Choose components” page, unselect everything except “TAP-Win32 Virtual Ethernet Adapter” and continue the installation.
2. Change the tap device’s name
Go to Windows Control Panel (Go to Start Menu => Run, and type “Control Panel” in the dialog box)
Click on Network and Internet Connections, then Network Connections, set View to Details
Rename the TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 device to “tapipop”
